FAQ’s
Is my payment secure?
100% yes. All payments go through Stripe and they have the best proctection and encryption available. We are also SSL secured, though we never hold any of your payment information on our servers or website.
What is the difference between annual and monthly payment?
If you choose annual then you will pay for the entire year upfront in one go, however you get 2 months for free. Meaning you pay for 10 months instead of 12.
If you go for the monthly option then you pay on a month by month basis and your card will get charged the date date each month for a year.
What do I get with the free membership?
This gives you the ability to join our members platform. You can complete your profile and read the posts however you cannot add your own posts, comment, contact other members or view any of the training material.
You will also be placed on our newsletter and will get notifications about upcoming events and webinars.
You are welcome to attend any of our events with a charge of £15 + vat. All you have to do it click on the event and register. Upcoming events can be found on www.startuprichmond.com
What happens once I click sign up?
Once you click “sign up” you will be brought to our payment page. Simply fill in the form and click “join now”. Once that is done, you will be directed to our payment page to complete payment. Payment is controlled by Stripe, our payments platform. This is a secure encrypted platform. All you have to do is follow the instructions. Once your payment has been successfully processed you’ll be brought to the registration page where you need to complete you details. And how presto that’s it!
