Combining meditative practices of yoga, pilates and mindfulness into running.


I offer group and bespoke running sessions that incorporate Yoga, Pilate, Meditation to a run. I help runners achieve their running, fitness and wellbeing goals. Combining these meditative practices physically, helps build core strength, flexibility, co-ordination, balance, and promotes correct running form. Whilst mentally it helps aid focus and clarity to a run, enhancing performance by bridging the connection between body and mind.
