FAQ’s

Is my payment secure?

100% yes. All payments go through Stripe and they have the best proctection and encryption available. We are also SSL secured. We never hold any of your payment information on our servers or website.

What is the difference between annual and monthly payment?

If you choose annual then you will pay for the entire year upfront in one go, you get 2 months for free. Meaning you pay for 10 months instead of 12.

If you go for the monthly option then you pay on a month by month basis and your card will get charged on the same date each month for a year.

 

What do I get with the free membership?

This gives you the ability to join our members platform. You can complete your profile and read the posts however you can only add 10 posts/comments per month. You cannot contact other members or view any of the training material.

You will also be placed on our newsletter and will get notifications about upcoming events and webinars.

You are welcome to attend any of our meetings/webinars/workshops with a charge of £15 + vat. Business Clinics are £25. All you have to do it click on the event and register. Upcoming events can be found on www.startuprichmond.com

What happens once I click sign up?

Once you click “sign up” you will be brought to our payment page. Simply fill in the form and click “join now”. Payment is controlled by Stripe, our payments platform. This is a secure encrypted platform. All you have to do is follow the instructions. Once your payment has been successfully processed you’ll be brought to the registration page where you need to complete you details. And hey presto that’s it!

Can you help me with my business challenges?

As a paying member you can access tonnes of business resources including webinars and on demand training and access our experts. You can  book a 121 session at our business clinics or get in touch via email.

I've joined but cannot login now what?

First check that your registration has gone through successfully. (This is an automatic email that goes out to you when you sign up).

You will also have been assigned an automatic password, which is emailed out to you. You will need this to login. (You may need to check your junk mail). You can change this password at any time through your edit profile / account settings.
