Ali works as a consultant specializing in Menu Design, Stock & Inventory Management, Cost Control and Recipe Development. He is also a certified Olive Oil Sommelier and an enthusiast aiming to share his knowledge about extra virgin olive oil and Mediterranean Diet. He also has 3+ years of experience working in different positions at Unilever’s Sales & Channel Development departments.
